This month is the second anniversary of VRM Hub! We are going to have a look at where VRM was two years ago, where it is now, and where we want to take it this year. As always, the discussion moves to the pub across the street after GfK NOP kicks us out.

Items for discussion:

1. Monthly VRM Hub meetings this  year

Do we change the format? If so how? Creating 'speaker slots' for each meeting and opening it up. How about letting different people organise each meeting, etc

2. An event or conference covering the topic interchangeably knowns as personal data, personal informatics, personal analytics, self-analytics, self-tracking etc

Date: tba but ideally 1Q 2010 (though 2Q more realistic perhaps)

Format: One day event, open space as well as some pre-determined speakers to make sure we meet those who are already active in this space (web apps etc)

Their building is immediately at the south end of Blackfriars Bridge on the Tate Modern side of the road. If you get lost, call Nick's phone (020 7890 9034 or 07958 516967) or call me at 07876757129.

Once you enter the building, please report to security in reception directly in front of you. They need a list of people coming beforehand, so please do sign up as soon as you can so we can provide them with the number of attendees.

It is a long way to the boardroom so would those who aim to make it for 6pm congregate in the lobby. We'll then take everyone to the meeting room. If you are going to be later, please let us know and somebody will pick you up. Being late without notification makes it unfair for the person waiting downstairs until everyone gets there and missing the discussion upstairs. With a bit of consideration this can be easily avoided. Best thing is to text me or someone at the meeting you know to let us know when you get there and somebody will come and escort you to the room.
